Top 5 posts from 2016

2016 was a big year for one of my posts.  Usually, with a blog post, you write it and (sometimes) throw it up on social media where it will maybe make the rounds for a day, possibly 2 days if it’s a good one.  Then it’s over.  That’s it.  Sometimes you might get it picked up by another blog or site which will extend its shelf life a tad, but again, we’re talking maybe a week, tops.

I usually think of my past posts as lost, so to speak, once the wave breaks that first week.  Then it just floats somewhere out there in cyber space for all eternity.  So I was surprised to see something I wrote back in 2014 suddenly making a comeback this year.  Hey!  It’s still out there!  All is not lost after all…

It helped, of course, that the show itself had a comeback this past Fall.

Also something I wrote in 2014.  Who knew?

I was the most shocked by this one – when I originally posted it last January, I think MAYBE 1 person read it. And that was probably my mom.

Coming in behind those 5 were…
